Maintaining, repairing or replacing your vehicle should not be one of your worries during this difficult time. We take our recent designation by Governor Phil Scott as an essential business very seriously and stand ready to serve your transportation needs.

   Our Kelley Curbside program includes the following processes for sales and service customers:

Service and Body Shop:

Hours: Monday - Friday -  8AM to 5PM

   Although our business will continue to operate as a designated essential business, for the health and safety of our employees and customers and to comply with CDC and State of Vermont guidelines, the following measures have been put in place, effective immediately:

- Customers and vendors must remain outside of our facility
- Service appointments can be scheduled on our website, by calling 802-885-2186 or e-mailing service@kelleycar.com
- Customers dropping their vehicles off may use our drop box service for their keys and payment (cash or checks), located on the far left side of our building, next to the overhead service door. Simply fill in your information on the envelope provided, place your keys in the envelope and place the envelope in the drop box
- Credit card payments may be made over the phone by calling 802-885-2186 when your vehicle is ready for you to pick it up
- A representative from Kelley Sales and Service will call you when your vehicle is ready
- Body shop customers may call and speak with Roger Hallock to make payment, drop off and pick up arrangements


Sales:

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 9AM to 3PM

   Our sales and finance representatives will help you with your new or used vehicle needs by phone, e-mail or video conferencing. Please feel free to start your deal online at our site (kelleycar.com or kelleychryslerdodgejeep.com) and submit your information, or call 802-885-2186 and ask to speak with Don, Kevin or Dave.

   Once you've found your vehicle and finalized the terms of your deal with one of our representatives, we will schedule curbside delivery at a location on our lot, while closely following social distancing guidelines.

   While we always want our customers to feel welcome while doing business with us, at this time, for your safety and the safety of our employees and to comply Governor Phill Scott's recent order, our showroom and facility must remain off limits to customers and vendors. We also cannot engage in in person, face to face sales activities at our physical location, including on our lot.

   Again, we are standing by, ready to help by phone, e-mail, text or web conferencing, should you decide to purchase one of our new or used vehicles.
